Scotts Timber Engineering Proud To Support Rushden & Diamonds

Ethan Johnston, who works in within the business development team for Scotts Timber Engineering, is proud to be a forward in AFC Rushden & Diamonds first team. He joined the club over 2 years ago and has now been retained for his third season for the club.

Ethan’s role at Scotts has developed over the years, and he is now responsible for business development for several of products sold to small, medium and large housebuilders, including porches, car ports and timber frame panels, a recent development for the business.

Scotts recognises that sporting performance very often goes hand in hand with performance in business – it’s important to recognise the achievements of staff who are engaged in sporting activities at such a level.

That’s why Scotts Timber Engineering says it is proud to support Ethan’s season at his club this year. The company says it will be watching the team’s progress throughout the year.

The Scotts Head Office is very local to AFC Rushden and Diamonds’ ground (it has another office in the West Midlands), and it works with a large proportion of the smaller builders in the area already. It is hoping that engagement with the team’s local community will reinforce those relationships.

UAP says firemongery “should be treated seriously”

Elliott Dawson, National Accounts Manager at UAP, explains why firemongery is more than a finishing touch.
