MACO UK honours four long-serving team members

Four members of the MACO UK team are celebrating significant service milestones in 2026, marking a combined 50 years with the business.

Stephen Langton, Gary Shrubshall and James Duncan have each reached 15 years with MACO, while Carly Davies has celebrated five years with the company.

MACO UK says long service awards are about much more than the number of years on a calendar.

They are said to recognise the dedication, hard work and commitment shown by individuals who help shape a business through their knowledge, experience and support for both customers and colleagues.

Over the years, Stephen, Gary, James and Carly have each reportedly played an important role in MACO’s success and continue to make a valued contribution every day.

During a recent presentation, Managing Director Kevin Whiting shared memories and stories from their time with the business and personally thanked each of them for their loyalty, professionalism and contribution.

Kevin said: “Reaching a milestone like this is a fantastic achievement. The experience, commitment and knowledge that Stephen, Gary, James and Carly bring to the business is something we truly value.

“They have all contributed to the success of MACO in different ways, and we are grateful for everything they do.”

The awards are also said to highlight one of MACO UK’s greatest strengths: its people.

Across every department, experienced team members provide customers with trusted expertise and continuity, while newer colleagues bring fresh ideas and perspectives that help drive the business forward.

As MACO UK continues to grow, the company remains committed to building a workplace where people can develop long and rewarding careers.

MACO UK paid tribute to Stephen, Gary, James and Carly on their well-deserved milestones, and thanked them for everything they have contributed to the company over the years.
