Live Lignum window manufacturing takes centre stage at PWE

The Joinery Network (TJN) has been confirmed as a partner alongside Leitz Tooling and Markfield Machinery on the Window Manufacturing Zone at Professional Woodworking Expo (PWE) from 23 to 25 June at the NEC. After the popularity of the demos at the previous event in 2024, this is designed to be a must-see for visitors to the exhibition.

Owen Dare, Technical Director from TJN will lead the demos, highlighting the ease in manufacturing the Lignum fully certified timber window and door system from The Joinery Network.

Andy Ball, MD at TJN said: “Companies looking to grow their businesses making timber windows and doors should attend this event. The Lignum timber window and door system is designed for the UK market and deskills the manufacturing process, making production easy to scale.

“Every day of the show, visitors can see for themselves the process in real time, plus we have experts from manufacture, specification, process management and marketing on hand to answer questions.

“There is significant growth in the market share of timber windows and doors. In order to take advantage of the opportunity, joinery companies need to comply with increasingly stringent building regulations. That’s where the Lignum fully certified system comes in, offering a future proofed, easy to manufacture range of timber windows and doors.”

Andy added: “We are excited to be demonstrating the manufacture of our Lignum products in the Window Manufacturing Zone at PWE. The show is now co-located with both the Installer Show and Painting and Decorating Show giving visitors much more to see.”
