Join Bereco for expert timber installation tips at FIT Show

Bereco, specialists in high-performance timber windows and doors, will be live in the Installer Demo Zone at this year’s FIT Show, sharing expert tips to make timber window installation quicker, easier, and more efficient on site.

Join Bereco at 3pm on Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 April at the Installer Demo Zone on stand W80 for a hands-on demonstration of practical fitting techniques. From reducing weight during installation to speeding up adjustments and finishing touches, the session is designed to help installers save time without compromising on quality.

Visitors will see how features like dummy sash hinges on casement windows can simplify installation, along with quick sash removal on vertical sliders and removable door leaves that make handling larger units more manageable. The team will also cover how to make easy on-site adjustments using 3D adjustable hinges and carry out fast touch-ups for minor surface knocks during fitting.

Whether you’re new to timber or looking to refine your current process, this demo will show how clever design and smart techniques can make all the difference.

Based in Yorkshire, Bereco has been manufacturing bespoke timber windows and doors for over 20 years. We supply sustainably sourced, fully factory-finished timber products for residential, commercial, and renovation projects across the UK. With a focus on energy efficiency, security, acoustic performance and lasting curb appeal, Bereco products combine the charm of traditional craftsmanship with the precision of modern manufacturing.

Visitors to the show can also find Bereco throughout the show on stand K40, where its team will be on hand to answer questions, discuss upcoming projects, and offer expert guidance on specifying and installing timber with confidence.

Don’t miss this chance to see why more and more installers are switching to timber – and how Bereco is making it easier than ever to do just that.
