Erin Woodger’s Group Coaching Cohort Launches in October

Erin Woodger’s Group Coaching Cohort Launches in October

If you’re running a busy joinery company and feel stuck in firefighting, thin margins, long lead times, and know-how trapped in your head, a new online cohort from Erin Woodger is for you.

Starting 9 October, business mentor Erin Woodger leads a monthly, online implementation programme (live, interactive sessions) exclusively for UK joinery companies turning over £250k–£3m. You won’t just learn; you’ll work on your business in the session.

Erin is a Director of Wealden Joinery, working alongside Founder Martin Foy. Together, they’re growing Wealden to £10m turnover with a company that runs without them by systemising everything, while maintaining a 25% net profit. This cohort will learn how to do the same with their business.

What you’ll implement

  • Learn how to confidently understand your profit margin
  • Understand how to read your P&L (Profit and Loss) and what specific key numbers you should be tracking
  • Make decisions based on data not best guess
  • Delegate clearly with success so it’s not just easier to do it yourself!
  • Learn how to deliver your quality products on time every time
  • Increase your profit
  • Build a marketing system that generates enquiries
  • Build systems that allow others to support you and help run your business

Erin’s background in building systems (quoting, manufacturing, data tracking) and in owning and running large woodworking businesses means he understands the issues you face, and how to fix them.

Investment and guarantee: £500 per month. In session one, Erin will show you how to find enough profit to cover 12 months of the coaching programme – or your money back. Limited places are available.

UAP says firemongery “should be treated seriously”

Elliott Dawson, National Accounts Manager at UAP, explains why firemongery is more than a finishing touch.
