Complete CNC Solutions Launches Trade-In, Trade-Up Campaign

Complete CNC Solutions has launched its new Trade-In, Trade-Up campaign, giving businesses in signmaking, fabrication, and joinery the opportunity to replace ageing CNC routers with a fully supported Tekcel EXR upgrade.

The programme is designed to remove the hassle and uncertainty of upgrading by offering a complete, ready-to-run production solution.

“Many companies are still running routers well past their prime, often without realising how much time and money they are losing,” said Julian Sage, Director at Complete CNC Solutions. “Older machines tend to slow down production, increase manual finishing, and rack up maintenance costs. That holds businesses back.”

The Trade-In, Trade-Up Programme makes upgrading straightforward. It includes a brand-new Tekcel EXR 2m x 3m Auto Tool Change Router, full installation, software configuration, two days of onsite training, a £1,000 tooling credit, and ongoing remote technical support. Any brand of CNC router or digital cutter can be traded in, with Complete CNC Solutions handling the removal and logistics.

The Tekcel EXR is built for high-output production and versatility. It features a powerful 9kW spindle, servo-driven precision on all axes, and is capable of handling wood, plastics, composites, aluminium and more. It also comes equipped with a vacuum hold-down bed, twin-nozzle mist coolant, and the Opticam Cut-to-Print camera registration system, making it ideal for shops that need performance, reliability and accuracy across a range of materials.

Julian added: “An upgrade shouldn’t feel like a leap into the unknown. We provide everything our customers need to make the most of their new machine, including training, support and practical production advice from day one.”

With rising material costs, tight lead times and increasing demand for production flexibility, the programme gives businesses a clear opportunity to improve output, reduce waste and stay competitive.

UAP says firemongery “should be treated seriously”

Elliott Dawson, National Accounts Manager at UAP, explains why firemongery is more than a finishing touch. With scrutiny and regulations tightening, he argues that specification, installation and maintenance need to be treated as seriously as the doors themselves because firemongery is frontline safety.
