Brush up on your paint knowledge

Two giants in the paint industry, and affiliates of the Joinery Network, are coming together to create a ‘Paint & Finishes Forum’ exclusively featured on Joinery Hour starting Friday 20 September at 8am and continuing over the following four weeks.

The information provided will be invaluable from a customer facing perspective and will help businesses overcome everyday issues on colour matching versus customer expectations.

The Joinery Network has announced that both Teknos and Remmers will be collaborating to provide valuable information and insight into the paint world for all its members.

Whoever your supplier is, this forum is available to all members and will provide help, tips, and techniques to enable you to provide a better finish, improve efficiencies and less maintenance as an end result.

Craig Lovatt of Remmers and Steven Ashton of Teknos will provide expert knowledge in areas that Joinery Hour attendees have suggested need more attention.

The subjects covered will include:

20/9 – Colour Matching (translucent v opaque)

27/9 -Coating System Specifications – (selection / recommendation)

 4/10 – Surface Preparation – (Sanding v De nibbing)

 11/10 – Winter Painting

Attending the Joinery Hour is free to attend for those in the industry. Click here to book your place: Remo event The Joinery Hour – Hosted By The Joinery Network
