The Joinery Network has recently held a successful Affiliate and Founder Partner event, aiming to ‘unite the Timber Industry’ for future success.

The event took place at Affiliate Partner Woodge in Kettering, Northamptonshire, and was attended by companies including James Latham, Gutmann, Elmbridge UK, MRA Data, Remmers UK, and Leitz Tooling, plus many others.

The Joinery Network explained during the event that it currently has 43 onboarded members, with that number expected to grow to 50 by the end of the year. In 2025, it is also aiming to add 20 new manufacturers.

The event also showcased the benefits of the Joinery Network’s Lignum range of timber windows and doors.

The Affiliates also discussed the future of the sector, aiming to put the timber industry on the map, achieve long-term success for all members, and evolving to meet changing market demands.

Teresa Humphries, The Joinery Network’s Business Coordinator, was delighted with how the event went.

She said: “The event was very well attended with representation from 20 affiliates who provided a variety of products and services to our members.

“Affiliates both new and existing debated topics that will shape the future of the timber window and door industry, together with endorsing plans, events, and direction for the network.

“The timber industry needs widespread recognition and future support from government bodies as well as collaboration from manufacturers to provide a bright sustainable future for our network of Joiners.”
