A joined-up approach

The Affiliate Partner Day for The Joinery Network on 5 September will see both affiliates and founder partners come together in a valuable session to strengthen what’s on offer to members.

“The power of The Joinery Network has come from cooperation and collaboration from the start,” said Andy Ball, Founder Director at The Joinery Network and MD of the full-service marketing agency, Balls2 Marketing. “Taking time out to get the affiliates and founder partners together always brings new opportunities and benefits to members.

“We are working with some major organisations from right across the supply chain, and we all have the common goal to promote timber windows and doors.”

The Joinery Network Affiliates attending include James Latham PLC, Joinerysoft, Felder Group, Teknos, Gutmann, Elmbridge UK, Remmers UK, CiiLOCK Engineering and Leitz Tooling.

Andy continued: “The success of The Joinery Network comes from its huge knowledge base across manufacturing, testing and certification, products, services and marketing. The systemisation of manufacturing Lignum means our members can offer a superior quality, fully tested and certified timber window and door range, with a low entry cost.

“Looking at current trends, we can see that opportunities for timber windows and doors are growing. Sustainability and the environment are a key driver for many home improvement purchases, both in the choice of materials and in the ongoing energy performance of properties, and timber scores high on both these criteria.

“The focus of the day will be to look at plans for the year ahead, and building on the relationships within The Joinery Network and Affiliates for the benefit of members and the industry.

“It really is an exciting time to be in our sector, and we are always keen to add more Affiliates, so if you are thinking about becoming an Affiliate, please contact us.”
