Forterro launches own AI platform

Forterro launches own AI platform

Software provider for sectors including fenestration, Forterro, has announced the launch of MyForterro.ai, its AI platform to help businesses that make, move and craft the products the world relies on apply artificial intelligence to everyday operational challenges.

MyForterro.ai connects leading AI models with the trusted operational data held across Forterro’s secure software ecosystem.

Customers can use the platform to develop AI-powered assistants, automate repetitive processes, improve access to business knowledge and strengthen decision-making within their existing workflows.

The launch of MyForterro.ai follows an invitation-only programme involving over 540 customers across Europe.

Developed in close collaboration with customers, the platform focuses on practical, industry-specific applications across production optimisation, process automation, knowledge access and decision support.

Early applications have already demonstrated the commercial potential.

“Industrial businesses are relying on Forterro to embed AI where it can make a measurable difference,” said Dean Forbes, CEO of Forterro.

“MyForterro.ai combines our deep understanding of the industrial midmarket with the trusted operational data already held across our software ecosystem.

“It gives customers a practical way to improve productivity, strengthen decision-making and create new commercial value within the workflows they use every day.”

Growing momentum across Forterro’s customer community

Customers from across Forterro’s European markets have been working closely with the company to test MyForterro.ai, provide feedback and help shape its continued development.

Early users are already seeing AI support commercial growth within their existing workflows.

Ashleigh Wilson, Technical Support Engineer at CIE-Group Ltd, a UK distributor of intercom and access-control solutions, said: “The biggest impact has been the increase in revenue.

“The AI cross-sell functionality gives our team relevant recommendations directly within the software, helping us identify more opportunities for customers.”

Feedback from the invitation-only programme has helped shape both MyForterro.ai and Forterro’s wider AI strategy, ensuring that future capabilities remain grounded in real operational requirements and workflows.

Building practical AI for the industrial midmarket

The platform is designed to support Forterro’s growing portfolio of AI-powered use cases while allowing customers to adopt capabilities that align with their priorities, systems and workflows.

“Industrial businesses want AI that delivers tangible value,” added Dean.

“MyForterro.ai gives our customers a practical way to improve performance, support their people and create better outcomes using the systems and data already at the heart of their operations.

“The early customer results give us confidence in the value this platform can deliver across the industrial midmarket.”

MyForterro.ai is now officially available to Forterro customers across participating product lines, with further capabilities and integrations planned as the platform develops.

For Logikal users, a pilot phase is being rolled out in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region in December and additional countries and products will follow.
