TJN gets a boost at GGF Members Day
The Joinery Network (TJN) and the Glass and Glazing Federation’s (GGF) collaboration got a boost at the GGF’s sold out members day on 12 March 2026 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, which made a superb backdrop for more than 250 industry guests.

The format was collaboration and relaxed networking, which was massively well received. The highlight was keynote speaker Frank Bruno went down well, and the proof was the length of the queue for photos with the British former professional boxer.
Andy Ball, The Joinery Network’s MD was joined by fellow Directors Erin Woodger and Samantha Nuckey, plus Business Coordinator Teresa Humphries. All attended the event to be on hand with any questions from members.
Andy said: “We are really pleased to be part of the GGF’s focus on timber. At the event, GGF’s President Mike Butterick issued a clear warning to the glass and glazing sector on the business-critical impact of regulation and the need to adapt fast to an era of unprecedented change.
“For glazing companies looking at timber as a growth area, the importance of partnering with an organisation who not only conforms to current standards but is committed to staying ahead of futures standards, is clear. All products in the Lignum Timber Window and Door System are certified fully for CE marking, PAS 24 and Document Q.
“In fact, our rigorous testing programme has demonstrated just how good the products are, with many outperforming PVC-U and aluminium across the board.
“We spoke to a lot of members who have a renewed interest in timber windows and doors. In some areas of the UK, developers are now expected to include a percentage of homes with timber windows, and we can see demand growing.”
Andy added: “The team at the GGF did a brilliant job of organising a really great day, and we were very pleased to be a part of it.”
