Elmbridge UK acquires Minden Systems

Elmbridge UK, part of the ESC Spinnaker Group, has acquired dust extraction company, Minden Systems.

Minden has reportedly built an excellent reputation over more than two decades for providing high-quality products, service and technical expertise to its customers.

Elmbridge says it is very pleased to welcome the Minden team into the wider ESC Spinnaker group, and look forward to supporting the continued success of the business.

‘Business as usual’

Importantly, it is very much business as usual.  Minden will continue to operate as Minden Systems, with the same experienced team aiming to carry on delivering the same high level of service and support that its customers reportedly know and trust.

While Minden will remain a standalone business, becoming part of the ESC Spinnaker group brings additional resources, expertise and opportunities for growth.

Elmbridge UK’s specialist knowledge in coatings, spray equipment and associated consumables is said to complement Minden’s capabilities, and will help strengthen the offering available to customers.

As part of the ESC Spinnaker group, Elmbridge UK continues to invest in businesses that complement our expertise and enhance the value we bring to customers.  Bringing Minden into the group strengthens our technical offering and creates new opportunities for collaboration, innovation and growth across our businesses.

Barrie Freeman, Elmbridge Managing Director, said: “This marks a significant investment, both personally and professionally. We feel very privileged to take on this well-established brand in the UK. The prospects and opportunities are exciting, and we look forward to seeing where this journey takes us!”
