TJN’s Andy Ball praises PWE move alongside IntallerSHOW

Following the announcement that Professional Woodworking Expo (PWE) will be co-located with InstallerSHOW 2026 and the Painting and Decorating Show at the NEC Birmingham, Andy Ball, Managing Director of The Joinery Network (TJN), commented:

“The decision to bring Professional Woodworking Expo alongside InstallerSHOW and the Painting and Decorating Show is brilliant news for The Joinery Network and the wider sector. There’s a very clear synergy between these events, and co-locating them will naturally attract a broader, more relevant audience.

“I attended InstallerSHOW 2025 and it was immediately obvious that timber and joinery could be taking a more prominent position within that environment. Now, with PWE running at the same time, we really do get the best of both worlds.

“For us, this move means greater visibility, stronger conversations and more meaningful engagement with installers, manufacturers and specifiers who are already thinking about how projects are delivered. It reflects how our industry integrates in the real world, and we’re confident it will drive increased footfall and real value for everyone involved.”
