UAP celebrates double win at the 2025 Locksmith Awards

UAP has been recognised with two wins at the 2025 Locksmith Awards – scooping the Hardware Company of the Year and its Marketing Director, Kamila Kasperowicz, winning Director of the Year.

The latest accolades follow UAP’s continued success at major industry events, including back-to-back wins at the National Fenestration Awards. Together, it is said to reinforce UAP’s reputation as an innovative, people-driven business dedicated to excellence, progress, and partnership across the security and fenestration sectors.

The Hardware Company of the Year title is said to celebrate UAP’s ongoing commitment to quality, innovation, and service – values that underpin its product development, customer relationships, and support for locksmiths and trade professionals nationwide.

Meanwhile, the company says the Director of the Year award recognises Kamila for her outstanding leadership and contribution to UAP’s growth and brand evolution. Since joining the company, Kamila has reportedly played a pivotal role in shaping its marketing strategy, championing its people-first culture, and driving engagement both within the business and across the wider industry.

Steve Cox, Managing Director at UAP Ltd, said: “Being named Hardware Company of the Year reflects the strength of our products, our people, and our partnerships, while Kamila’s recognition as Director of the Year highlights the exceptional leadership and vision that continue to drive UAP forward.

“Both awards capture what driving progress truly means to us – combining innovation with a people-first approach to create lasting impact for our customers, our colleagues, and our industry. These achievements are a celebration of teamwork, innovation, and our shared commitment to setting new standards across the sector.”
