The Joinery Network sponsors GGF Members Day 2026

The Joinery Network is pleased to sponsor the GGF Members Day 2026, which it says reinforces its commitment to working more closely with the Glass and Glazing Federation and its membership as interest in timber windows continues to grow.

Taking place on Thursday 12 March 2026 at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, GGF Members Day brings the industry together for a programme of insight, networking and celebration. TJN’s involvement reflects its ambition to support installers and fabricators as timber takes a more prominent role across the fenestration sector.

Andy Ball, MD at TJN, said: “We are keen to build stronger relationships with the GGF not just with the newly formed Timber Technical Group, but also working directly with members as they look to capitalise on increasing demand for high-performance timber windows and doors.

“The way we have set up, tested, and certified the Lignum timber tested window and door system, makes it an easy add on for PVCu and aluminium installation companies. The system has been designed as a straightforward add-on, enabling installers to expand into timber with confidence, without the complexity often associated with new materials.”

TJN will be well represented at the event, with directors Erin Woodger and Samantha Nuckey, as well as Business Coordinator Teresa Humphries, all attending the GGF Members Day and available to speak with members about timber opportunities, compliance and system support.

Andy added: “We are looking forward to engaging with GGF members in person and supporting an event that celebrates collaboration, knowledge-sharing and the future direction of the industry.”

GGF Members Day 2026 is free to attend for member businesses and offers a full day of networking, expert insight and evening celebrations.

UAP says firemongery “should be treated seriously”

Elliott Dawson, National Accounts Manager at UAP, explains why firemongery is more than a finishing touch. With scrutiny and regulations tightening, he argues that specification, installation and maintenance need to be treated as seriously as the doors themselves because firemongery is frontline safety.
