‘Step away from the day to day’

Erin Woodger explains how his Mentor to Freedom programme is designed to help small to medium sized joiners.

The Mentor to Freedom programme, aimed at small to medium sized joiners, is having a huge impact, helping owners bring a real structure to their businesses.

This month we have been focusing on learning to delegate well and my clients are beginning to see the real benefits of no longer being the bottle neck – or what holds their business back. As we move into the summer months and thoughts are turning to taking a break, we are addressing some of the key things that prevent owners from switching off and relaxing while spending time with family.

It has been amazing to see the impact of having a mentor that understands the industry – and has been on the tools – has had.

Erin has been using his proven ability to run a bespoke woodworking manufacturer, turning over £6m, by trusting his management team. In fact, he currently spends three hours per month on the business!

Applying this strategy with small to medium sized joinery firms is enabling the owners to step away from the day to day, even enjoying a holiday without being stressed out or taking continual calls whilst away.
