PWE’s David Todd To Share Exhibition Insight During Expert Series

On Friday 19 September, 8am to 9am, The Joinery Network’s Luke Piper will host a live feed Expert Series session with guest David Todd from Professional Woodworking Expo (PWE), offering members real insight into why exhibitions drive growth in the industry.

Exhibitions remain one of the most powerful tools for businesses in joinery, woodworking, and fenestration for the whole supply chain to showcase their work, meet new customers, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Session Topics

In this expert session, David will discuss:

  • How exhibitions strengthen your brand and market presence
  • Proven ways to turn show visitors into long-term customers
  • The role of exhibitions in building industry relationships and partnerships
  • How to measure and maximise your return on investment from events
  • Why visit a trade show – and how to make the most of your time
  • Answer questions from the audience.

With years of experience running, exhibiting at, and promoting trade events, David will share practical strategies to help businesses get the most out of every show they attend.

The Professional Woodworking Expo is one of the UK’s most important trade events for woodworking and joinery professionals, and its team knows first-hand how exhibitions can spark innovation, foster collaboration, and boost profits.

TJN’s host for the session is Luke Piper. He said: “This session will give businesses the insight and confidence to make exhibitions a central part of their growth strategy. And we are making sure that there’s plenty of info for both potential exhibitors and visitors.”

David Todd, Event Director, Professional Woodworking Expo said: “For me, exhibitions have always been about more than simply putting products on display. They’re where conversations happen that you can’t replicate over the phone or by email. You shake hands, see the quality of someone’s work up close, and start building the trust that leads to lasting business relationships. I’m looking forward to this session with The Joinery Network and can’t wait for an interesting discussion on 19 September.”

The Joinery Network’s Expert Series brings together industry leaders and specialists to share knowledge, insights, and advice to help businesses grow stronger.
