PiGs releases 2025 networking event calendar

Modern Joinery’s sister publication, the People in Glazing Society aka PiGs’ networking event calendar has been released for 2025.

In the four events that took place in Birmingham, Bristol, Newcastle and Manchester this year, all brought record-breaking numbers of the glazing community together under one roof.

The chance to connect with members of the glazing community, from right across the supply chain, meant we had over 200 in both Birmingham and Manchester, and over 100 in Bristol and Newcastle, which was added to the calendar for the first time this year

The events also saw many from the glazing sector attending a PiGs event for the very first time.

The PiGs team expressed their sincere thanks for each and every person who attended an event this year. But it is the sponsors who continually support the events which has meant they have remained as popular as ever.

They have continued to support the events with such generosity, and this year new sponsors have supported PiGs, which means the events stay free to attend, and all the money can go towards food and drink on the night, which is just how we want to keep it.

But that’s not all. 2025 brings even more exciting plans for PiGs.

The networking events will be returning to Birmingham on 27 February, Bristol on 30 April, Newcastle on 18 September and Manchester on 13 November next year as PiGs look to build on the successes of 2024.

But on top of that, PiGs will also be heading to the capital, London, on 17 July for a ‘BiG PiG Summer Party’, while the team will also be in attendance at next year’s FIT Show, meaning there will be plenty of chances to take in a PiGs event.

Should you wish to discuss opportunities for the networking events, please contact the PiGs team at sty@peopleinglazing.co.uk.
